Queenspark are charging me for things I am unaware of and concealing this by refusing to send me statements. Ive never recieved a statement, a text message or an email since opening an account yet I get charged every month for this service. Its been over a month and I have made several trips to the branch itself as well as calling their call centre but nobody is able to assist me in resolving this. I spoke to one manager at the call centre who assured me she would resolve this but I never heard from her again. I want to close my account but nobody at Queenspark seems willing or competant enough to assist me further. Does Queenspark make their money off their customers by charging for services they dont provide and then concealing this by refusing to send statements or letting cutomers close their accounts???
