ACCOUNT BLOCKED AGAIN

MY QUEENSPARK ACCOUNT BLOCKED AGAIN MY account is up to date but its being blocked its just that I'm trying to pay my account finish then I will use it again but now when I check my credit available they say my card is suspended for further purchases just unblock my account please
