For the past 2 months Queenspark has not been receiving my payments. I religiously make electronic payments around the 25 of every month. I have been receiving calls and letters for the past 2 months, that i have not made payment. charging me interest and for sending letters. if they have a problem with their system they should not make it the clients problem.
i personally want a letter of apology and everything reversed.
SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
