Good day,

I am disgusted in your stores customer service.

My wifes bracelet was handed in on the above date after it had changed colour completely. The consultant on duty said it needs to be rhodium plated and would call me the very next day with a quote. It is the 14 December and I have heard nothing from Carat shop.

Please advise as a matter of urgency where this bracelet is.
