I just must say that to offer me gold plated items in exchange for my GOLD bracelet is surly not a good way of doing business, In fact I wonder how many people have brought real solid gold in for repairs, only to have it go missing and replaced with Bonded gold? Sounds very sketchy to me! Is this company policy?
I think that this matter Is being delt with in a very unfair way-
Your store lost my bracelet and that was in no way my fault,
As I explained to your shop assistant this has gone on long enough- I need this matter resolved asap,
I await your reply as soon as possible,
