I was @ the store on Saturday to pay multi choice account i was told to wait for Maureen for card payment. i waited for about 10min, she came and first told me she doesn't have multi choice in her system. as i was to be sent to another till the same Maureen said multi choice is paid by cash only after waiting for 15 plus minutes.
and other tellers just agreed with what she was saying.

to my suprise i went to another Pep i was helped and i used my card to pay.
