Recently my Xtraview 1st channel on my SD stopped working, but seeing the 2nd channel was still working i did not prioritise this.
2 weeks after this the 2nd channel stopped working with a E79 error (2nd tv disabled).
Shorlty after this my Walka stopped working with a E19 error (services scrambled)
My first call took so long that I ran out of airtime while still busy with the consultant.
On my second call I requested that they make sure everything is right on their side as the Walka that is not connected to anything else also does not work. When the guy said "I can help you with the Walka" frustration got the better of me and I ended the call.
I've had 2 e-mails from multichoice asking about service... WHAT SERVICE.
I've been called during the day at work and told that I would be contacted in the afternoon when I get home 3 times... got a call once at 21:12 hich I missed as I was waiting for a call at 17:00 as stated in e-mail.
communication from multichoice also stopped as soon as they received my October payment.
Suppose I have to wait until the payment is coming up again.
