3 complaints, 3 aamples of bad service, now lying

I complained about a bad online shopping experience and was called to by Mavis Ndlovu. She promised me a refund to my card and confirmed it with an email. I got to PnP and there was no money on the card and had to get money from a friend to pay for my groceries. Mavis Ndlovu called me back and said they would give me a voucher to compensate me for the trouble. She phones me yesterday and said they wanted to deliver it to me but our receiption could not get a hold of me - I checked with reception and nobody was there the whole day looking for me - so they are lying. Then Mavis Ndlovu said they will deliver today and true to form - NOTHING!
