PicknPay Online shopping - Worst Nightmare

Due to the fact that i'm heavily pregnant i decided to do my groceries online for them to be delivered yesterday 2 December. The day came and went and my groceries were not delivered, not even a call to explain. Money for the groceries has already gone off my account yet today i'm told they wanted to verify my details. A stupid thing really if they ever intended on protecting customers as the money was already taken from the account. The same details that needed to be verified are the exact same details picknpay already has. Now i'm told a refund will take 7-14 working days to be refunded. So i have no groceries and no money to buy groceries because Pick n Pay is still holding on to it.
