Two weeks ago, I bought a coat and redeemed my R100 voucher, returned it back due to size with a hope of exchanging with something else, only to my surprise that the voucher was taken back from my account. I need some clarity on this as the staff member that I was dealing with was cleuless, and ended up leaving as I was on my lunch break. I want to take something else and get my voucher back. The problem is that, the item that I want to buy this branch doesn't have my size.
