After receiving a R100 voucher when buying for a certain amount, I bought an article at Truworths, when I took it back to exchange I was told that my voucher will not be redeemable unless I buy exactly the same dress again?? The specific dress was not available in the correct size.
So why can the voucher not be used for another item, now I have just lost my R100 voucher.
The sales assistants say it has been communicated from head office in that way, and they can not do anything about it.
