Someone opened a Jet account with my details. Account Number 7006600100051984005 was opened with my ID number. The account is registered under Miss Sibanda and the ID number is a males ID.
I blame Edcon for opening an account for a frauster lady with a male ID. I cannot believe that Edgars opened an account for Miss Sibanda using a male ID. Whoever opened the account has to go for training. The 7th digits on an ID indicates if a person is male/female. Clear Edgars is not give employees enough training.
Anyway, I kindly request my ID number to be removed from account Number 7006600100051984005
I'm disappointed in Edgars and this is affecting my credit history. Banks are declining my business loan because of Edgars. I'm taking legal steps if my ID will still be on Sibanda's account within 48 hrs. I'm missing out on great business opportunities.
I have an account on my name with Edgars and its up to date. Compare details on both accounts. My account number is 7000100100084943307... I called customer service and I was passed to department. The lady at was not useful at all... she failed customer services with distinctions
