Hi,

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from The Bridge Joshua Doore. On the 27th October 2013 I went to the store and spotted a lovely Champ Coffee table (clear glass and metal) on display. I have decided to buy this product.

I asked the sales person (forgot his name) for this product with his response being they are out of stock, but can deliver by Friday 1st November 2013 to my house. All fair enough I paid CASH in full otherwise I will not receive the product.

I said I will come pick it up on Saturday if the delivery has not been made on Friday. Of cause Friday came and gone, so I drove all the way from my house to pick up my table only to find out the sales rep changing his story saying there stock will take 2 weeks to come and made me the.

So, I have a new date to pick up my table which was on 9/10 November 2013. I have asked my partner and her friend to pick up my table and yet again NO FREAKING TABLE, instead I got a sales rep full of excuses. Charmaine (Stock Clerk) told my partner there was a mixed up with the stock and that she, Charmaine, would personally deliver my table after work on 12 November 2013. I am STILL WAITING!!!
