My name is Evodia N Mngoma on the 27 July 2013 I went to Joshua doore to purchase a champ coffee table, I wanted a black one unfortunately there was no stock and I was told they can order the black one from other branches and I agreed, on the last week of august I received a call saying the table is at the warehouse I should go collect it which I did on the 31 August 2013, when I got home to my surprise it was a wrong colour (clear) I return to the store and I told them I received a wrong colour and I was told to bring back the table and they will request one from botshabelo branch, on the 16 November 2013 I went to the store to ask for my money back cause I felted I waited way to long the manager asked for the receipt and I was told to come back later which I did cause there was no cash at the tills, I returned to the store 3 hours later and again to my surprise I was told it is going to take 24hours to take the money, on the 22 November 2013 I returned to the store to collect my money and I was told there could not find my receipt, I must come back again, I cant wait any longer I have given them plenty of time, waiting energy and transport money to go to the store
