Still waiting for my refund!

On the 14th of November I purchased a Ragoon Box Coffee Table from Coricraft in Port Elizabeth.

I was told that I could not take the table on display in the showroom and that there was no stock in Port Elizabeth. A new table would have to be sent from Cape Town and it would only be in Port Elizabeth the following Friday (seven days delivery period) as they only receive stock from Cape Town once a week.

The table that arrived from Cape Town was damaged and I was promised a refund. I went into the store and was told by Daniel that only Cape Town is authorised to issue refunds. I completed the documentation in order to get my refund.
That was 26 days ago.

I am still waiting for my refund from Coricraft!
