I bought Omo from Pick 'n Pay while it was on promotion but accidentally took the active instead of the automatic, i then called pick 'n pay & spoke to Shajeeh & she advised that i can come in & change it for automatic. I then went to Pick & Pay to exchange it & when i went to customer service the floor supervisor was called & she advsied that i can go & get the automatic from the shelve to exchange when i got back i advised that there is no 3kg Omo on the shelf & the supervisor then changed her story saying she spoke to the manager & they cant change it for me. I then requested to speak to the manager Thabo who has absolutely no manager skills as he came to me not even saying anything, just stood in front of me & i had to address him. He had no remorse whatsoever & just said that he is not responsible for what his staff says to the customer which shocked me as he is the manager & dont even want to take responsibilty. After not getting anywhere he just walked away from me without even resolving the problem. I told him if the Shajeeh told me over the phone that it cant be exhanged i would not have come to the store as i dont live in the area & i'm 37wks pregnant so i really dont need stres
