5 months ago I complained on this site about furniture that has default and that no one assisted me. They responded and it took 63 days to collect the unit to have it repaired. I am now without the unit for 5 weeks and no one has informed me as to the progress. I then went to Centurion branch and asked Thomas the store manager- he said there were no parts last he heard. This man knew me by name due to my complaint but couldnt follow up on my situation without me having to personally go there. A week later and i have still not heard from this man. I have called and left messages, no one returns the calls. I want my furniture back and I want it fixed- as I have expected the unit to last more than 2 years surely!?!?
