Poor quality shoes

I Purchased a few pairs of shoes from Ooh La La Boutique, the shoes fit perfectly when I tired it on. About 2 weeks later when I wore it to a function, after an hour into wearing the shoe, the heel began to wobble and the shoe couldn't't support my weight, i contacted the head office of Ooh La La and there response was that every customer has the opportunity to try on the shoe and there is a 7 day return policy. i am extremely disappointed
