I can't believe that I find myself complaining about clicks again. I was inconvenienced more than I thought I could in my life when I decided to go buy my medication at clicks. first of all the ques are long enough to have your day spoilt and service is ran by snails. I give the pharmacist my script to be told rhetoric cream I'm looking for is not in stock I gladly understand and ask them to order for me, they tell me to come get it today at 11am . knowing clicks and the way that operate I decide no I'm going to give them grace and go at 1 . I arrive today at 1 to be told the driver is not here yet . like??? no call was given to me to advise me to come later or that there was a delay. I come all the way foe such nonsense and everyone is just chilled about this . does now this mean I have to ignore this ridiculous service and pretend it's ok. I am annoyed by clicks I will never refer nobody to clicks they have pathetic customers service. I'm disgusted by clicks. I'm actually sitting here now for more than 20 min without nobody giving me feedback or apologising for this mess. I am off
