While in the store (near closing time) and deciding which cream to buy, I had some questions about the facial cream. I walked over to the only Clicks employee (Edna) in the area, which were in a casual conversation with someone else.
When asking her if she could help my, the other person rudely said they are talking. I apologized and Edna the woman resumed their conversation. I could hear how the other woman kept saying how rude I was. The other woman then told me that I must go and that I do not belong here and Edna just stood there. The woman then started to provoke me and she was going crazy, looking like she want to fight me.
When some of the other Clicks employees intervene, Edna didn't want to say what happened.
I am really disappointed in the way that the Clicks employees handled the situation and hope that this will be handled in a professional manner.
