My wife bought a BaByliss gas hair curler set from Clicks six months ago and it works well. That is of course to say when it has a gas cylinder in it that isn't empty. She's only been able to get a couple of refill cylinders out of Clicks, and their usual response to this complaint has been that they're waiting for fresh stock from their suppliers. It's now August, and when I went looking for another refill pack at Clicks Tyger Valley this morning I got the same treatment, "But we're expecting fresh supplies in November, you know". I've had this sort of reaction before. Okay, but now check this: many new BaByliss gas curler packs are today still on display on Clicks' shelves - WITHOUT any prominent notice informing their customers that there will be no replacement cartridges for at least a couple of months. I spoke to the store manager about this complaint for the second time in three months now, and all I got from her was an embarrassed shrug. This is shoddy service, suggestive of the deliberate withholding of crucial information on (at least) one of their products. Buyers beware!
