Barely after the warranty expired, our Breville Ikon blender motor stopped working.
We sent the blender for repairs to the Pavilion, Westville store.
The blender was taken in for repairs on 11 NOVEMBER 2012
It is now 10 MARCH 2013 and the blender is STILL NOT RETURNED even after we accepted the quote for repairs
It has been 4 MONTHS WITHOUT A BLENDER!!!
THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION FROM @HOME EITHER
THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM @HOME AND A POOR REFLECTION ON THE BREVILLE BRAND.
PLEASE DON'T BUY BREVILLE APPLIANCES AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
