I logged a complaint on their website more than a week ago and have not had any response. You would expect that for the premium you pay, you would get better service. When I placed my order, I specified a modification, which the salesman assured me could be done. Since then, I reminded 3 different people at least 5 times that this had to be done BEFORE delivering my order. The order was delivered without this modification. I then spoke to a Manager who assured me that he would follow up on this and provide me with feedback. More than 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. This was my first and last purchase from Wetherlys.
