On 23 June we bought furniture (chaise Lillie) from Wetherlys in Kramerville. After waiting for weeks for delivery, it was finally delivered and the one leg was broken off. The delivery guy just said it's not his problem. After several phone calls and no reaction from Arthur, we finally got to Jo, who is supposed to be the Sales Manager. We asked him to please collect the broken furniture and refund the money. He then said he will send someone to fix it. That was on 23 July. It took a month to get a reaction, and it is now September already and still no action from Wetherlys.
