Poor service delivery and bad attitude of manage

Delivery of furniture ordered late and only part of order is to be delivered and the balance 2-3 weeks later - which makes the delivery 3- 4 weeks late. Unacceptable under any circumstances. Branch Manager Nathan arrogant and had an attitude of tough accept it and move on! When you see comments similar to this on facebook and hellopeter you wonder how Wetherlys stays in business - I will never buy from them again!
