I have ordered a bed from Wetherlys in Clearwater mall
The bed arrived a month later than discussed at date of purchase.
After about a month the bed was faulty and i made contact with Anneli Clearwater branch.
She arranged to see the bed at my house and agreed to order a different make-As she advised me they started using different suppliers on that specific bed make???
Anneli ordered the new bed and advised it will take 6-8 weeks.
Its just rediculous-Its going now for 9 weeks and its not the first time i have been promised a time and it just keeps on exceeding the deadlines given by Wetherlys.
Not only is this the last time i will ever purchase any goods from Wetherlys but i will also not refer any one to any store-After having such shocking service.
The area manager for Westrand was contacted several times with the faulty bed-She first disconected the phone 3 times-After getting hold of her the next day she advised me to send her an SMS and she will reply.
I sent a message and followed up after 2 days (Not getting any response again) she answered my call and i mentioned to her that it was me and if she has received any feedback... Call was disconected. Thanks for the super servic
