After dealing with issues for months after a purchase and not getting any reply from my sales guy for a month - I was finally upgraded to speak to a regional manager. Who I emailed to explain the problem. It has been 2 weeks and she has yet to reply. After months of non replying from the sales guy. I am done. wetherlys - never shopping there again. Ever.
