My mother has been a very loyal supporter of Wetherlys. She recently ordered a very expensive dining room suite. On delivery she noticed that two of the eight chairs were shorter that the rest. She also noticed one of the legs of the table had what appears to be a nail that has pierced through the surface. She noted both of these on the delivery note, and a week later no-one has bothered to acknowledge this complaint.
She has since also noticed that on one of the chairs there is a scratch in the leather.
For the amount of money she paid, I would expect 1) flawless quality 2) Wetherlys to acknowledge her note and 3) actually remedy the situation.
