Hello peter, i bought mans casual shoe at Zara for R299 for my boyfriend, when i got home they dont fit me, when i went back to Zara stores the shoes where finished, i then inquired what must i do now because i want the shoe but they are out of stock, i was then told that they dont do refund on sale items, when i checked at the back of the till slip that rule is not written, so now i'm stucked with something i wont use, and i feel i'm now being forced to buy something i dont like simply because i bought an item on sale..
