I went in to the waterfront store to swop a top my sister gave me for xmas. the label was on and my sister said I could easily swop it. I chose a top for the same price to swop and even had another to purchase. I was told NO swops without a slip. I said it was a gift and I had no slip but surely she can see it is their stock, label is in tact and I am about to spend even more money. She didn't care and I walked out the store. What is it about Zara that they think they are so special? I have never had good service from them... bunch of snooty people whose clothes are made in sweat shops in Cambodia and Bangladesh. I have had better quality from Mr Price.
