Now here we go again after the diamond issue, I still go back and buy from american swiss, I bought a gold cross pendant whereby the gold comes of within 8 days. I asked above name sales lady if the bonded gold pendant will not loose the gold after a while she promised me that it will never come of and there I believe them again and what happend BOBs ur uncle it came of when I return it no can help me, but when u perhase the items the whole store wants to help. I am mad as cause it was paid for not. I want my money back.
