My engagement ring was bought during December last year at the American Swiss store on the Bluff. They informed me that their workshop was closing for resizing and will only be opened after the new year so I then contacted customer service and the lady told me that there is an alternative gold smith that American Swiss uses and the Bluff store will give me his contact number. I contacted the gold smith and booked my ring in to be resized, I was so excited about getting my ring back and wearing it that I did not really take note that he made the band so thin "basically gold" and a part of the ring looks very dull for some reason. I did not bother going back to the Bluff store to complain because the ladies there as well as their manageress are not helpful at all, they have an extreme attitude problem. I am not happy with the service at the Bluff store and my Fiance was told by their branch in Pretoria that American Swiss cannot refer me to another gold smith to resize my ring it has to be done by their workshop. I want to know what is going to be done about this because the person they referred me to damaged my ring!!!
