My husband bought me two "Fusion" gold bangles a year ago for my birthday The price for the two bangles came to a R 3998. When we purchased the bangles we asked the sales person about the product "Fusion" and she advised us that it is a mixture of gold and silver. We also asked her if the bangles will discolour and she assured us it will not. Today one year later and I probably only wore the bangles about 10 times if that much it has a bronze colour and you can see from a distance that it is NOT gold. I actually feel hard done as for if I knew that the bangles are going to look like this after a few months I would have rather chosen something different. If you pay R4000 for two products you expect quality which this is not. I am really disappointed and if this is the quality American Swiss is selling then I wont be buying from them again. I went to the Gape Gate store to complain about the bangles, but they said that there is no manager on duty and they can not assist me. They told me that the mngr will only be in the next week and she is only there from 9 - 5. I asked them if I can leave the bangles there that the mngr can look into this and they said no. Emailed, no response!
