Failed Request to add my adress to the tax invoice

On the 2nd of November I bought furniture from Coricraft in Bloemfontein. I then left for Lesotho with part of the merchandise and a tax invoice that only had information about the things I had taken. When I reached the border I was fined the value of the tax on account that my address was not on the invoice. The following day I went back to Bloemfontein and requested for the corrected copy so that I could claim the my money back. I was told that the IT department would do it on Monday the 4th of November. I have waited and made a number of follow ups but I have received nothing but promises. I called again this and the person who initially assisted me now passed me on to the other who had promised to help me and I am being told I have to be patient. I was not told the actual status of my request. All I needed was to have my address inputted in the relevant tab. It has been many days and the attitude of the guys at coricraft is not helping. I have no evidence that even such a request was made. I would think that I would be copied in their mail to the IT department. This is becoming a problem which really should not have been. I was also notified that my request may not be granted
