We bought a Leather Sofa from Coricraft in 2008. Last year 2012 the sofa started to split. When I complained they said we must bring photos, which we did. The shop assistant asked us to be patient while she handled the problem. She then called and said she can't find any record of the sale but she will contact the manufacturer and get back to us. 5 month's later she still hasn't contacted us. No where did Coricraft indicate that the sofa was fake leather. And now they are just ignoring our complaints.
