I placed an order for two Napels Pedestals at Coricraft Bloemfontein and I was told that I would receive the products two weeks later on the 21st October as they would be coming from Cape Town. They told me that if they don't call me in two weeks' time to come and collect, I should just go to the store to collect. On the 10th October, I received a call from the Cape Town Warehouse informing me that I would receive my items in two weeks' time. I went to the store last week Saturday 02 November to collect the items (I had to hire and pay for a van to assist me) and I was told that my order was not there. They promised to call me on Monday the 4th November to inform me when I would receive them. I did not receive that call. I phoned on Friday the 8th November and they are now telling me that the items are still out of the country and I will only get them on the 2nd December!
I am so upset by this. I do not understand why they and promised things that they knew they could not deliver, even going as far as telling me that the stock is in Cape Town when its actually still to be imported. This is really unacceptable for a store of Coricraft's calibre.
