I've been a customer for 40 years. I asked Mr Voltecia (I could not find him again to see if the spelling is correct) to help since my bag was and smart shopper card. He did not know what to do, but his general attitude was arrogant, rude and unfriendly. The ladies at the till helped me and said it would take 2 weeks for my points to be transferred. I spoke to a Mrs Prins as well as till staff members. They are all unhappy about his attitude. There are no wipes for hands. The trolleys are not cleaned inside, the isles are blocked with carts full of good and nobody with them, customers cant get to shelves. Shelves have limited stocks and overall shop cleanliness and efficiency is really bad. As a customer I am shocked and would suggest this man be replaced.
