I bought a pair of shoes from call it spring Sandton a week ago. Wore them once and got rained on and the shoe completely lost its color. I took it back to the store and spoke to the store manager who wasnt willing to help at all. How can a leather shoe loose color upon contact with water. If that its because of the quality of material used why isnt there some kind of warning to avoid water by all means. I wasnt impressed by the managers lack of empathy and interest to help. Now i'm stuck with a shoe that i will never be able to wear that cost me R400.
