I ordered goods from homechoice in August. After three weeks i queried that i had not recieved my goods. On the 10.09.2013 I recieved a sms asking if i was happy with my purchase. I called the call centre and we established that they delivered to wrong adress even tho i had told Chezry the girl who tokk my call that my addy had changed. I was forced to get a affidavit, which i did sent thru and have followed up every week since with no sucess. I keep getting promised that it will be sorted and they will call me back and send me confirmed correspondence to show they have cleared my account hich never happens. I now am getting SMS's that i am overdue on my account. The best is that they keep calling me to sell me there products but refuse tio resolve my problems.
