I had an account with Homechoice & it was paid in full in 2012 & in 2013 I found out they say I'm owing & I never bought anything, only to find out that somebody bought online and my cell no & address was changed & those goods were not delivered to me & all their call centre agents are very very rude when they are calling me at my work number, especially Fezeka, only few were not, but they also didn't know how to do their jobs, they say their supervisor will call me back and the supervisor never did, & I have already sent an affidavit as they requested many times but still they say they never got the affidavit, now I got SMS from attorneys saying I don't want to pay, on the cell no they failed to call & verify when they delivered their goods. It is a nightmare this company I don't think their calls are recorded as they are saying, PLEASE HELP!!!
