Hi Guys,

I had purchased a mobile phone from edgars, upon purchasing the phone I had to take out additional insurance which is compulsory, sadly the phone was thereafter I had claimed and was reimbursed however what me off I had bought a new phone but they were still billing me for the old insurance plus for the new one that I bought.by right the old insurance was supposed to have been cancelled but they continued to bill me for 12 months with no notification or statements which according to the cpa is not legal. I had been to the store numerous times and have had no joy, every time there's a different story, absolutely pathetic service and no one seems to help, I want someone to contact me urgently and credit me for the first insurance and the interest that is been charged.
