Delay in payout

Last working day at nedbank was 21 November 2013. Received sms confirmation of claim on 30th November. Called on Friday for feedback and was advised that they still busy with disinvestment and matter would be escalated. Called again this morning and was advised that SARS app needs to be submitted and that there was no feedback as yet from the administrator. Agent also tried to call them and could not get through. Agents were excellent in terms of service however all i want is my money. Please assist urgently. I cant keep calling.
