Jenrick doors installed my garage door and motor years ago, and while I dealt with them just a handful of times of the years, I had never had any issues with them. In October we needed to do some repairs on the garage itself, so we needed to have the doors, rails, and motor removed so that the builders could do their work.
I looked on hellopeter and saw a string of complaints again them, so wasn't too keen on contacting them, but after a lot of agonising, called them and hoped for the best.
As it turns out, the best is exactly what happened. They promptly came and removed the installation. When the building work was completed, I called and asked them to come and do the installation and clean everything as it was caked in dust from the building repairs. I was initially given an installation date of 26 November, but they managed to get it done today (22 November). I checked them on the security cameras to see what they were up to, and saw that they were doing the job with care, cleaning and lubricating everything.
The job is now complete, and the doors are working perfectly.
I have nothing but praise for this company. I'm not sure why others had a problem, but I had none.
