Some time ago I went to game. I saw there a carpet, and I decided to come back the next day to get it. Unfortunately, when I came back, the carpet I wanted was sold out.
I went to 3 other Game stores looking for that specific carpet, but I had no luck. So I decided to take a chance and simply email Game. I had no product number or reference. All I could do was describe the carpet I was looking for to the best of my ability and its price tag. And to be quite frank I thought this would be the end of this topic.
However, surprisingly Game actually came back to me, with one of the branch managers in my area sending me a photo of a carpet that matched the description that they had, to see if it was the carpet I was looking for.
I must say, this level of service and caring for their clients' needs is quite outstanding.
Thank you Game, and a special thanks for your managers in the Midrand and Greenstone branches! Your level of service has truly amazed me.
