Shocking quality product and worse service ever!!

I bought a dining room table and sideboard on 29/6 and asked for it to be delivered on 6/7 (7 days later) as early as possible as I was expecting people. They promised they would do it and confirm during the week, nothing happened. The Friday I phoned them to confirm, Cecile promised to phone me back, she didn't. I phoned 5 times on Saturday, each time I was promised a return call, not happened. The furniture was eventually delivered late afternoon, when I already had a house full of people! I cleaned the sideboard with furniture polish and put 3 wood statues with felt underneath and 3 small porcelain bowls on the sideboard on Sunday.By Tuesday, the sideboard had white rings where they stood. I phoned Cecile on Wednesday to complain and she said I must take photos and send it to her e-mail address that she will forward to me and that someone will come to have a look. She only sent the e-mail address on Thursday. I sent her the photo's and she replied that she forwarded it to her manager and get back to me. That was the last I heard. I sent another mail yesterday to say I expect them to replace it or give my money back, NO RESPONSE!!
