Poor Service Quality and Goods

Visited Makro Alberton for the 1st time yesterday since it is closer to where i live that driving to Germiston Makro, when i had called in earlier in the day to the store no one could help me when i asked a simple question your items that said valid for today is it specifically for today or is it till the weekend, i was placed on hold calling from my mobile an 086 number. I ended the call after 5 mins and eventually went to the store. Twinsavers toilet paper on special 15's for R49.99 no one knows about the special as they are not aware of what head office puts on the internet further to that they did not even have any stock on the shelf. However Erika assisted me and assured me that whenever i do pop into the store again and i see the toilet paper she will give it to me at that price, what happens if they never stock it as it did not look like they do stock it and it was as per the net available at that branch at the special price. I bought cheese buns got home only to find it is green and white and expires only today. I called in now to the store to speak to a manager, and i was asked about what and i explained i then get asked if i bought Petrol, and placed on hold again for several min
