I arrived at the Makro in Alberton at around 8:00 am, when they starting letting customers into the store for the PS4 release. Upon getting to the door I was told that I needed a paper for pre-ordering the console at the store.
This was really unfairas there was no advertising stating that we could pre-order the console and even more annoying upon phoning the Germiston store, they did not have such a system in place. I tried my hardest to get to the Germiston store but obviously due to the wasting of my time at the alberton store, was not on time to get a console from the Germiton Makro either.
This un-advertised system used at Alberton Makro i unfair and lead to me not getting a PS4. I am really unhappy with the whole situation and now here I sit without a console.
I must say I will never purcase anything again from the Alberton Makro as they impleneted an unfair system ithout any prior notice. Had they done so, I would have either pre-ordered the console or alternatively have gone directly to the Germiston Branch (which is equidistant to me).
