I went into the alberton branch today. to get a few things which i choose to get from makro every month as ive enjoyed the quality and price thereof.
i went to get the bunny soft 36 1 ply toilet paper as advertised in your catalogue valid between the 01/08/2013-14/08/2013 only to find no stock. i was not offered a reasonable alternative, i was other toilet paper which R114.95 . which is almost double the price... carrried on asking, about 10 times eventually i suggested they source it for me. should they not have offered this- is this not part of going the extra mile for the customer. i am totallly disgusted and await a call. which im sure ill never get. oh well suppose i should move my business to a nother store. no matter how little my purchase may be, i am consistent customer and expect to be treated better.i wasted 35 minutes in your store for nothing. totally disappointed :-(
