They were fast reliable and super friendly.
I bought my fiance a xbox game and accidentaly selected the one for ps3. I only noticed that after I had made payment.
I immediately phoned them and they jumped on it with a smile. I drove them mad over the next two days as they had no stock of the xbox game and they had to get it from the warehouses. The order was placed on Monday 4/11/2013 today is 07/11/2013 and they are delivering it to my door step at 16:00pm.
After they originally said I would only have it on 13/11/2013 which is another week from now...
Thank you for being so fast and helpful there is a lot of companies who can actualy learn a thing or two from you guys. I know I didn't buy the most expensive item on your website, but that really is what makes it even nicer to know that you care about all of your customers and not only the ones who places the big orders.
I will use you guys over and over again and will definitely highly recommend you to anyone who wants to buy something safely and speedy online.
