RTT was suppose to deliver my new cellphone to me on 13 May as arranged, at 11:30 I phoned them asking if they had an eta, I was told the driver is 30 min away. At 13:00 I phoned back and I was promised that the driver will deliver at 15:00, I was also given the drivers number. At 15:20 I phoned the driver and he said the office to me he will not be delivering my phone as it is not on his route. I phoned RTT again and was promised to be phoned back, but nobody did, from 16:00 I phoned every 15min and every time it was as if they heard the complaint for the first time, promising to sort it out.
Guess what it is still not sorted, I now have to wait until tomorrow.
How disappointing can you get???
